The All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for president, Bola Tinubu, won the recently-concluded elections, and Nollywood actress Georgina Onuoha responded.
It was previously reported that Tinubu was recognized as the president-elect by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) early on March 1.
In a close race, the former governor of Lagos State defeated rivals Peter Obi of the Labour Party (LP) and Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) with 8,805,420 votes.

Georgina posted a video on her Instagram page of Tinubu’s reaction to his victory and his declaration that he will never hold the office of president.
The actor screamed that Nigeria had been victimized as a country and had been denied justice and fairness.
She further described the presidential election as criminal and sham stressing that Tinubu is not her president.
Expressing displeasure over the action of INEC, Georgina said that the electoral body stole the people’s mandate.
She wrote: “You will never sit on this throne Tinubu. Lord, we’ve been raped as a nation and denied justice and fairness How? This is criminal… This is a sham NOT my President @inecnigeria you stole our mandate.”
