President Tinubu Bestow National Honors on Distinguished Nigerians both Living and Dead

The Nigerian President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on Thursday, announced post humours national awards to distinguished Nigerians both living and dead.
Leading the awardees were former Chief of Staff, Supreme Headquarters and former President of Nigeria, late Gen. Shehu Musa Yar’ Adua, who he conferred with the honour of Grand Commander of the Order of the Federal Republic (GCFR).
He also conferred post houmous national honour on Chairman of the defunct National Electoral Commission (NEC), Humphrey Nwosu, Commander of the Order of the Niger (CON).
Late wife of the winner of the June 12, 1993, general elections, Bashorun M.K.O. Abiola, Kudirat Abiola was also conferred with the post humours award of Commander of the Federal Republic (CFR).
