Shettima serving as vice president will ease my workload as Borno’s governor — Zulum

Kashim Shettima’s election as the next vice president, according to Borno Governor Babagana Zulum, would help his administration’s workload as Borno recovers from insurgency.

At a Sallah luncheon for stakeholders in Maiduguri on Friday, Mr. Zulum made the announcement in the presence of the vice-president-elect.

According to the governor, Borno’s government and people now have a dependable brother and team player to rely on for support during the recovery process with the incoming vice president.
