Insecurity: Gunmen Kill Migili Prince, Two Others in Doma, Cart Away Motorcycle

Gunmen suspected to be armed robbers have reportedly killed three young men from Duglu community in Obi Local Government Area of Nasarawa State, carting away their motorcycle.
The tragic incident occurred on Monday along the Itsiga road in Doma Local Government Area, according to multiple local sources.
Among the victims was Prince James Delle Iwala, son of the late Zhe Duglu, HRH Chief Jonathan Gule Iwala, a respected traditional ruler of the Migili ethnic group who passed away in March 2024.
The victims were said to be on their way to pay a condolence visit to a neighbouring community when they were ambushed and killed by the suspected gunmen.
As of the time of filing this report, security operatives had yet to issue an official statement regarding the attack, while residents of the area have called for increased security presence along the Doma–Itsiga axis to curb recurring incidents of violence and robbery.
