Popular Nigerian gospel singer and media mogul, Yinka Ayefele has unveil a new mansion in Ibadan, Oyo State.
The new mansion now on the list of his assets is described as paradise on earth and a prayer contact point for some of those taken round the mansion during it’s house warming program.

Some of the videos posted online has background voices of people praising God for the project as some of them were taken round the mansion with no name mentioned but some of the voices were in Yoruba languages. They sang praises of the Doctor, Yinka Ayefele as well for the beauty of the mansion and describes each units of the mansion as they were taken round the palace – like building.
Apart from taken his guests round the house during the house warming program, Ayefele, the founder of Fresh FM Nigeria also shared stunning photos of the luxury building on his official social media pages with a short but emotional caption: “MO MOOORE, EKU ITOJU MI, ESE GAN AN NI…” — a Yoruba expression which loosely translates to “I am very grateful, thank you for taking care of me. I appreciate”
Ayefele, who remains a household name in Nigeria’s gospel music scene, is also the brain behind some of the most influential radio stations in the Southwest region — including Fresh FM Nigeria, Blast FM Ibadan, and Tiwa n Tiwa FM, all headquartered in Ibadan, Oyo State.
