Napoleon Ukalikpe, an APC candidate for the House of Assembly in Rivers State’s Ahaoda East Constituency 2, has been abducted in the Obelle community of the local government area of Obio/Akpor.
According to reports, Napoleon was abducted on Saturday morning as he was traveling to his voting location.
The purpose of the sporadic shooting, it was learned, was to scatter the crowd.

Ukalikpe was whisked away in the wee hours of today, according to a source from the victim’s family named Chima who confirmed the incident.
He was abducted at around 8 o’clock in the morning. Therefore, we are attempting to get in touch to learn how he will be released but without success.
