Obi flies over Tinubu, Atiku in the Plateau
By more than 280,000 votes, Obi prevails in Imo. The Plateau State election last Saturday was won by Peter Obi of the Labour Party, according to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
He received 466, 722 votes, beating Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC), who received 307,195.

Atiku Abubakar, the candidate for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), received 243,808 votes, while Rabiu Kwankwaso, the candidate for the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), received 8,869 votes.

APC – 307,195
LP – 466,272
NNPP – 8869
PDP – 243,808
