HEI Organizes Seminar on Employment Security!

Human Enhancement Institute and Consults (HEI) is organizing a seminar for teaming Nigerian youth on Employment Security amidst inflation and scarcity in the country.
This was made known to TEC News on Monday by the spoke person of the institute and Director of Program, Gospel Idaminabo.
In his word, Mr Gospel said;
” Our organization is sensitive to the plight of the youth and the condition of living with consideration to the high inflation now in our nation. Instead of youth getting jobs, they are losing jobs. Even those working are hardly been paid the agreed salary arrangement between the employer and the employee.

How many states government is paying complete salary? Some are paying in percentage. As a matter of fact, even those who are self employed are closing down their businesses thereby loosing employment and thr staff of those entities are losing their jobs. HEI through The Value Conference platform in boasting the value of the youth are sensitive to all these and we are taking steps to help in employment security “.
The Director of Program , Gospel further informed TEC News correspondent that the seminar is to sensitive on how to secure jobs, create jobs, maintain employment without being fired, making your employer happy and retain you, driving yourself into the heart of your employer, how to attend and succeed in interview, how to to ensure you are stable financially are going to be discussed by well knowledgeable resource Persons in the program schedule to hold in Akwanga, Nasarawa State but shall be available online for people outside Akwanga town.

When asked the choice of location instead of the federal capital since they intended the program for all Nigeria, Gospel said that the team is having a project in the area and instead of traveling back to the main office in Abuja and since online would be streamed alongside, anywhere is possible and Akwanga is the lucky location for this edition for now.
Gospel said, a token of #1,500 is charged as participation fee which would cover for materials and logistics either e-manual or hard copy and certificate of participation.
