In Abuja, Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s (LP) presidential candidate, has maintained his lead.
With 281,667 votes from the six area councils, Obi had the most support in the Federal Capital Territory.
The figures provided by the collation officers suggested that he won by a significant margin even though INEC officials have not yet declared him the winner.

Asiwaju Bola Tinubu of the All Progressive Congress received 90,902 votes, while Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) received 73,743 votes, placing second to Tinubu.
According to a breakdown of the councils, Abaji was won by the APC with 10,370 votes, PDP with 6,888, and LP with 2874.
In Kuje, the LP had 14,257 votes, followed by the APC with 10,648 votes, and the PDP with 10,028.
APC won the most votes in Kwali with 11,242, followed by PDP with 9,054 and LP with 7,302 votes.
APC received 13,156 votes, PDP received 10,385 votes, and LP received 67,198 votes in Bwari.

In Gwagwalada, the LP received the most votes with 19,694; the APC came in second with 15,890; and the PDP received 10,981 votes.
APC received 29,596 votes, PDP received 24,607 votes, and LP received 170,392 votes in the Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC).
