Aloy Ejimakor, the special counsel of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) leader, Nnamdi Kanu, has criticized Godwin Ikuru, a member of the ruling All Progressives Party (APC) and self-styled prophet.
According to reports, Ikuru threatened Igbos living in Lagos and told them to leave the city so they could vote for Labour Party candidate Peter Obi in a viral video that was supposedly made after the presidential election on February 25.

All of the Igbos in Alaba, Idumota, and Lagos should just pack their belongings and leave Lagos because you wickedly voted for Obi. I’m merely delivering a message to the nation. I’ll tell you right now, I’m still prophet Godwin if you play games against this movement. Without Asiwaju, there would not be a president, there would not be a Peter Obi, so you better know what you are doing.
“The only person who can lead Nigeria as president and change our nation is Asiwaju. All Igbos who supported Peter Obi in Lagos, pack your bags and leave the city. Any preachers who spoke out against Asiwaju there, pack your churches and leave the city. In the video, Ikuru had said, “Go. Lagos is not your land.
As a response, Ejimakor urged Tinubu to reject Ikuru’s warning because he “may be held accountable for any carnage that happens” if he does not.

“Hey @officialABAT, in this video, the man threatens to commit genocide against the Igbo in Lagos for supporting @PeterObi. You risk being blamed for any bloodshed that occurs if you don’t disavow him. In addition, as @MBuhari once said, “baboons & dogs may soak in their blood,” Ejimakor tweeted on his well-known Twitter account with an accompanying video.
