Social Gist: New 419 Tricks Trending In Lagos Exposed , POS Operators warned

A video is on social media space that exposes the new 419 tricks alleged to be trending in Lagos State Nigeria where POS operators are victims.
The video posted by Anambra Boy with a bag ground voice illustrated the tricks in details as a middle age man is seen approached an unsuspecting Point Of Sale (POS) Operator with an ATM card for transaction which was later used to swindle her at the end.
The middle age man who alighted from a tricycle popularly known in Lagos as ‘Keke Maruwa’ met the POS operator was seen giving the POS lady an Automated Teller Machine (ATM) cars and announced his interest to make withdrawal of some amount .
Before the lady was through inserting the card into her POS terminal machine, the same man quickly asked for urgent N10,000 to settle the tricycle driver who was waiting with a passenger and as the lady gave him the cash, he left for the waiting tricycle and they zoomed off immediately despite the efforts of the lady and some people around.

It was discovered that the ATM had expired and could not make transactions , leading the lady to a loss of her N10,000 to the alleged swindlers.
The man explaining the ordeal warned Nigerians especially POS operators never to give our money to anyone until they have confirmed successful transfer or withdrawer from the customers account to theirs.
“You see how it all happened. It is a new trick from the 419 people used to swindle peole these days. Please do not give out money to anyone until alert is confirmed. Please share this video so that Nigerians would know .
