Naira redesign plan to prevent Tinubu from becoming president – APC leader
The redesign of the naira, according to Adamu Garba, a former candidate for the presidency of the All Progressives Congress (APC), was a plot against Bola Tinubu.
Garba claimed that the redesign of the naira by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) was a scheme to prevent Tinubu from becoming president of Nigeria.
No matter how you want to look at it, the CBN’s redesign of the naira during the election is a scheme to prevent Bola Ahmed Tinubu from becoming president of Nigeria, Garba claimed in a tweet.

What other way is there to account for this provocative action during this time? How? By Allah, this plan won’t work either!
The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, backed up Garba’s statement.
The plot, according to the Speaker, appeared to be failing because Tinubu and the ruling party were still being supported by the majority of Nigerians in spite of their hardships.
