Kidnapping: Nasarawa Local Government Chairman, One Other abducted

Akwanga Local government Council Chairman, Hon Safiyanu Isa Andaha and Alh Adamu Custom Have Been abducted on new year day.
TEC news gathered from a reliable source that The Council Chairman and one Alhaji Adamu Custom were been kidnapped along Andaha – Akwanga road in Akwanga Local government Area of Nasarawa State.
On telephone conversation between TEC News correspondent and a senior staff in the Local Government Council revealed that the Chairman just returned from a trip and decided to visit his home town in Andaha and while returning around 7pm, the men of the world attacked and kidnapped the two.
The report about the whereabouts of the Council Chairman is still sketching at the time of filling this report but effort is still going to unravel the incident.
Report has it earlier that when contacted for confirmation, the Public Relations Officer of the Nasarawa State Police Command, DSP Ranham Nansel said the abduction of the council Chairman was yet to be confirmed.
According to the PPRO ” I was still in touch with the Divisional Police Officer in Charge of Akwanga for confirmation”, but for now his abduction has not been ascertained.
TEC News is still making effort to speak with the Police in Akwanga Local Government Council but yet to yield result.
